It's time for your right brains' creative process, to be fine tuned in 2010. This is the year of Universal ability for moving forward in the expansion of your mind, body and spirit.

Each house in astrology plays its own part in how healthy you are, at any given moment. Your state of health is part of your life process. Your houses represent how you choose to deal with your particular process, of how well you will be, in the flow of your life.

This flow can be adversely affected if some block is in one of these houses.

The three major health houses in your chart are ready to get to any issue you are still dealing with from your past, present or future.

The first house is the Ascendant. This house describes your physical body, your free will, and personal power. Your self determination, in this house represents areas of your life that cannot be affected by other people.

This house is where you make decisions to be in charge of your life. One of the biggest factor to ill health, is feeling powerless, to not be in charge of your life. A healthy flow of energy through this house provides self confidence to understand that flow.

The sixth house can be best understood as the house of health. This house can have many meanings as what health is.

Through the adjustment to our environment, assimilation, cleansing, work and service, we find great peace.

The biggest key to health is your ability to change and adjust to your environment in your everyday life.

It's the little actions that can stir things up. These everyday responsibilities that can cause stress and tension.

Being happy with what you do in your work, the responsibilities of your life and not forcing yourself to do daily things that you are unhappy doing are ways to keep you healthy. Making an adjustment to your daily environment, with working through difficulties with people, as well as situations, that can come up at unexpected times. Keeping your heart and mind open to others views, keeps peace in all body areas.

The sixth house is the process of foods and nutrients from the food you bring into your body. Thoughts, ideas and knowledge are also feed into your body. From your childhood through family. Through co -workers, and friends. The cleansing or purification of your body is not only from food wastes, but also from the outdated information your mind, body and spirit took in. and continues to hold onto. This is also waste.

We all require periodic adjustments, another function of the sixth house. If these adjustments are not done we become sick. As we get better we think about what we could have done better for our whole person to stay well.

Serving others gets us out of our own challenges, as well as when we are serving a purpose.

We all have a purpose.

The twelfth house is where we can lose the personal freedom, of our first house. This loss comes through dis-ease, which can be a sick mind, body and spirit. This can be when we cannot take care of ourselves. This loss of care can be, by choice, habit or by placement in hospital or institution, a twelfth house domain. We are than under the control of others. Through this house we can allow this to happen or we can stay very empowered to move out of the blocked flow of motion. We can allow a healing energy to flow through the blocks.

The twelfth house represents your personal unconscious, our secrets, hospitals and self undoing. This is usually the house you repress your thoughts and feelings. Most of these repressed feelings are here if we did go through a sixth house cleansings. The twelfth house can be your most powerful house.

Your personal unconscious holds your memories and emotions of the mind, body and spirit. This is the pool or reservoir of your talents, abilities and hidden assets.

The sub conscious communicates to you through your dreams, intuitions, feelings and body sensations. When you listen to these soul whispers or your inner guidance, You utilize your latent abilities and use your hidden assets to stay well.

Through winter most of us do not get enough exercise. We venture into the cold, only out of having to go out. Now is a great time to start.

Yoga, spinning, weights, walking, dancing or nia are all ways to get and stay in shape. Stretching also be very beneficial.

However, yoga and dance, can be done without various props, right in your home. Stretching is also a good way to bring space back to your body.

This can keep you fit all year round. These slow relaxing postures can maximize your inner vitality and natural beauty. This can release tension, refresh your mind and spirit. Improve circulation, firm you and increase your emotional balance.

Tune into your favorite sound and get started.

Aries: A Fire sign that rules your head, brain, skull, face and eyes. Increasing circulation to your face will give you a warm healthy glow.

Taurus: An Earth sign ruling your neck, throat, ears and pharynx. Your neck collects tension and becomes stiff and cramped. Yoga or dance movement, can create space in this area and relax the neck and shoulders.

Gemini: an air sign governs your arms, lungs, arms and hands. Stretching or yoga increases lung capacity, improves posture and relieves compression to your spine

Cancer: a water sign that rues the breast, stomach, solar plexus and the womb areas. You can strengthen your abdominal muscles, reduce weight in this area and massage your internal organs.

Leo: a fire sign rules your heart area and your spinal column and your nerves. A good stretch to your vertebrae will relieve tension in the muscles, tendons and ligaments of your back while firming the muscles of your chest, bust and buttocks.

Virgo: an earth sign rules your bowels, spleen and digestive track. You will require good yoga or stretching postures to restore and maintain proper peristaltic action in your colon. Exercise also massages and stimulates most of your internal organs and glands, relieves constipation and reduces weight in abdomen and waist.

Libra: an air sign which governs your kidney and lumbar area. Yoga and stretching can strengthen your lower back muscles. This relieves your back tension and correctly aligns your lumbar and sacroiliac, firming your stomach, thighs arms and chest.

Scorpio: a water sign that rules your pelvic, bladder and genitals. An exercise or posture that stimulates circulation in your liver, intestines, kidneys and reproductive glands and organs. Floor movement can get these organs in great shape.

Sagittarius: a fire sign ruling your hips, thighs and liver. Stretching your hip area and firming these muscles in this area can keep your sciatica nerve free from stress. Your legs and arms will also become more flexible and arms stronger. Sitting and bending can work relaxation in this area.

Capricorn: an earth sign rules your skin, joints, knees, teeth and bones. To improve circulation add luster with color to your complexion and lubricate joints and tendons. Inhale and exhale are an important part of any exercise or posture.

Aquarius: an air sign ruling your blood, circulation, lower legs, calves and ankles. An exercise which limbers and realigns your ankles. A floor stretch will have a soothing effect on your knees and hip joints as well as on the tendons that run along the inside of the thigh.

Pisces: a water sign ruling the feet and toes. It is very important to keep stress or tension out of the toes, feet and arches. Circulation to the top of the toes and feet, can be done by stretching the tendons from the inside of the ankles. You can also stretch the knee joints and upper thigh area.

So turn on the music and move around stretching, dancing and conscious breathing along with some yoga can get you ready for your summer fun.

Remember pain is stress.

Think about the best exercise for you is the kind that you really don't know your exercising.

Start out slow and have fun.

Your Healthy Mind, Body and Spirit will be in a balanced state. This balanced state will open your creative right brain and keep it open.
