Why Colon Therapy

An increasing number of people in the health field recognize the importance of a healthy colon if a person is to maintain the best possible health. Dr. Robert Wood, Dr. V.E. Irons. Dr. John Ray, Dr. Stan Malstrom, Dr. Norman Walker, Dr. Bernard Jensen and others have stressed this point for quite some time. How do our colons get in the undesirable state we often find them in? There are a number of reasons:

  1. Insufficient intake of fluids.
  2. Eating too fast and not chewing foods properly.
  3. Consumption of such foods as cakes, pies, pizza, macaroni, spaghetti, white bread, and other products made from white flour and refined sugar. Soft drinks are particularly bad because of the combination of sweeteners and acids. Milk and milk products can cause problems, especially cheese because of its binding effect.
  4. Lack of exercise.
  5. Improper combining of food, which leads to digestive problems, which in turn causes faulty elimination. Also over consumption of foods which contain little fiber.
  6. Factors such as worry, stress, hatred, anger, anxiety, depression, fear, loss of job, personal injury, death in the family, divorce, separation...etc.
  7. Use of certain drugs which slow down bowel movement.
Some of the warning signs that a colon is probably in poor condition are:
  1. A tired and sluggish feeling and a lack of energy.
  2. Headaches and nervous irritability.
  3. Abdominal discomfort, cramping and constipation.
  4. Excessive gas, bad breath, and offensive body odors.
  5. Frequent illnesses such as colds, flu, sore throats, tonsil inflammation, etc.
  6. Poor appetite.
  7. High blood pressure.
  8. Parasitic infestations and worms.
  9. Sallow looking skin and skin eruptions.
  10. Back pains, varicose veins and tired legs.
If a colon is allowed to remain in a toxic state for an extended period of time, more serious problems are likely to develop. Cancer, arthritis, breast lumps, asthma, heart problems, allergies, pancreatic problems, hearing loss, poor eyesight, prostrate trouble, respiratory disorders, thyroid deficiency, colitis, Crohns's disease and numerous other afflictions can be traced to a clogged and impacted colon.

If you suspect your colon to be in a less than health condition, it would be to your best interest to make an appointment with a colon therapist. A therapist can usually determine by one irrigation if you have colon blockages or that other problems exist, which would require further treatments. Numerous people who have had colon irrigations can attest to the benefits derived from them. With the alarming rise in colon cancer, colitis, Crohn's disease and spastic colon as well as other serious illnesses, you owe it to yourself and your loved ones to have a colon check-up. The amount you spend now may just correct a condition before it becomes more serious and costly. More than one million people in this country are wearing colostomy bags because they neglected to care for their colon.
