AIR FOODS
Action in body, For highly nervous and active people.
Yeasts, fruits (esp. citrus) nuts, fermented cheeses, yogurt, keifer,
Acidophilus, buttermilk.
FIRE FOODS
Replace energy and warmth, persons with great mental and physical
drive.
Seeds, sesame and sun flowers, papaya, grains, and cucumbers, celery,
and Legumes (beans) rich in starch and protein.
WATER FOODS
Highly emotional people. Green leafy vege's, cucumbers, celery,
squash, pumpkin, melons, milk and sea foods (kelp, Dulse, etc).
EARTH FOODS
People with rugged constitution, perform hard physical labor. Fats,
starches, sugars, tubers or root vege's grown underground such as potatoes,
turnips, carrots beets, onions, garlic. These foods satisfy hunger and
rich in minerals.
I want to express sincere thanks for the information
you provided about my digestive issues. Your insight about my
body being too acidic was so right! After a mere 2 days
of switching to a more alkaline diet (lots of sea veggies at every
meal and careful attention to food combining), my stomach looks and
feels so much better. My bowels are moving regularly! Also, you said
I was dealing with some yeast or parasites so I started a parasite/yeast
clease and tightened up my diet to include no sugar, not even carrot
juice.
After feeling rather hopeless and at a loss for
how to heal my body, you provided exactly the answers I needed. I
was meant to see you for a colonic and I am so grateful I did so! The
universe works miracles when you send out your prayers.
